  • EMDR– Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, or EMDR, is a technique utilized to help those who have suffered from disturbing memories, PTSD, trauma, and many other negative emotional disorders.
  • Play Therapy– Children communicate through their play. Play Therapy allows a safe environment for children to communicate their thoughts, feelings, realities, and experiences without judgement. The therapist can either take an active part in the child’s play, or can be a spectator and let the child work through their ‘yuck’ knowing a safe person is there in case they are needed.
  • AutPlay Therapy – Play therapy techniques taught to parents and clients affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental delays.
