  • EMDR  -Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, or EMDR, is a technique utilized to help those who have suffered from disturbing memories, PTSD, trauma, and many other negative emotional disorders.
  • Brainspotting -Brainspotting locates points in the client’s visual field that help to access unprocessed trauma in the subcortical brain.

The therapist can either take an active part in the child’s play, or can be a spectator and let the child work through their ‘yuck’ knowing a safe person is there in case they are needed.
  • AutPlay Therapy -Play therapy techniques taught to parents and clients affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental delays.
